Group members

Once a group of users has been registered by the subscription administrator and a subscription has been purchased, the group members can individually register by accessing the Registering as a group member page. All that is required is for each member to provide his or her name and email address, in addition to the group name that the administrator has specified.

The group members do not have to purchase a subscription, since this has been already been taken care of by the administrator.

If there has been a payment or other problem with the group subscription, or if the maximum number of subscribers has already been reached, a group member may have his or her registration refused. In this case, the individual should get in touch with the subscription administrator, who can renew the subscription or enlarge the group.
